      Mr. George August Eisler, 99, of Windsor and formerly of Mitchell passed away at the Ritz Lutheran Villa, Mitchell on Friday, June 25, 2004. Beloved husband of Helena (Stewart) Eisler of Windsor. Dear father of Margaret Anne Kipp of Toronto; loving grandfather of Joanna and Helena Kyriakou. Predeceased by his parents John and Annie (Kahle) Eisler, brothers William, Louis and John Eisler and sisters Emmie Diegel, Mary Ahrens and Edith Beuermann. George was employed at the Ford Motor Company in Windsor for 31 years. He was a member of C.A.W., Local
      200. He was a veteran of WW2 serving with the Essex Scottish in France, Belgium and Holland. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 255, Windsor and the Trillium Club Senior Citizens. Friends were received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service was held on Monday at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Marvin Bublitz officiating.
